Thanks! Usually the only time I can work out with my schedule and lifestyle is 7-8:30pm... But even on the days I do not work out, like today, (recovering from strained muscles haha), I'm wide awake at 1 am! I have a ton on my hips, stomach, and upper inner thighs from pregnancy. I am very self conscious of them so I know what its like to see them.... :-( But, I guess I just have to think that my skin supported a beautiful baby boy and a reminder :-)

eeek Yeah if I was watching my calories (like I do now) I would take it back..because if I ate the fries and burger, it'd double my calories :-( my husband said he'd "mow that all down" bahahah! But he's not on a strict diet .. :-)

Well when I first started losing weight I said "120"... Now that I'm 4 lbs away; I still feel 'big' and do still have belly fat from pregnancy so that's probably why I feel bigger. I'd like to lose some more belly/hip fat.

I'm 5"4, 124 lbs. My goal is 115-120. (Coming from 150 - after having my son). So if you are 2 inches taller than me and about 10 lbs less than me I think you might be low on your height/weight. Staying around 120 is healthy :-) (which was my initial goal). Protein will help with muscles. :-)

Great question! Yep! If I plan to burn 300 calories from the elliptical and treadmill.... I will eat at least 1500 calories so that after I burn it off my body will still get 1200. There was a time when I was barely eating 1000 and working out 400-500 calories burning every day and that was bad! My body wasn't getting…
