BMR or 1200 calories a day?!
Hello, My BMR is : 1374 ,, should I eat that amount of calories a day or 1200? Trying to lose a few more pounds for my goal - then maintaining. Just wondering if I need to up my calories to my BMR or will a net calorie of 1200 do? Thanks. Stats: 24yr female, 5"4, 122lbs... Goal 115-118.

Lost my Baby Weight; Now Struggling...
