makes sense.. dumb question.. so even if I am not feeling all that sore anymore my muscles could still be retaining water? sorry I am new at the working out and counting calories stuff.

No. I dont think I am eating my exercise calories back. I thought that would defeat the purpose of working out but maybe thats why I am not losing. I will try your calculator and see what it tells me. The only thing is that when I do enter the calories on MFP and go over 1400 it makes me feel like a ate too many calories…

I started yesterday and I am so sore today. I was thinking about just walking today but I must push myself. Good luck with it. Cant wait to see your progress.
