I am your height and started out at 132lbs. I found that walking fast for an hour helped me to slim down. I also lift weights 2-4 times a week and that has helped me too. I am now 116 and quite pleased. Best wishes to you!

Thanks for sharing your story. I find myself admiring other women whom i think look really awesome and in shape. sometimes i get discouraged, but mostly it motivates me to try other things like biking and weight lifting. keep up the good work!

I think you need to eat more, especially protein. i do not think you are giving yourself enough to sustain yourself. you may want to increase your cardio to 45-60 minutes…

After my second son was born and we moved into a house with a finished basement, i bought myself a treadmill. Other purchases include a bigger ipod, food scale and running shoes. I no longer purchase diet soda for home.

Unfortunately we women (most of us, anyway) always see ourselves as the reason our mate is unhappy, grumpy, etc.....I have had to remind myself that I am not that powerful and if my guy is quiet or withdrawn to just let him be. He'll come back around when he's in a better mood. most likely, fabulous sex will follow.....

I think I made it through the month of October with only consuming maybe seven diet cokes. I did not give in to buying a 12pk at the store and i bought an ice tea pitcher to keep at work. i also brought in a container of vanilla soy milk to work. i will try to drink even less soda in the month of November, anyone else want…
