My measurements before 30 Day Shred:

Waist: 31.5
Hips: 38
Naval: 33.5
Thigh: 22
Arm: 12
Neck: 13.5
Weight: 162-160

My measurements after 30 Day Shred:

Waist: 30
Hips: 38
Naval: 33
Thigh: 21.5
Bust: 37
Arm: 12
Neck: 13
Weight: 156.5

My measurements after Ripped in 30

Waist: 29.75
Hips: 37.5
Naval: 32.75
Thigh: 21.5
Bust: 37
Arm: 11.75
Neck: 13
Weight: 153.8

I do not see a difference at all between 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. If anything, I feel like it might look worse. I'm holding myself accountable though and posting everything.
If you want to read about the whole journey go to my blog: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/hedwighigh

I did this 5 times a week and took 2 days off. I'm now going to do 6 Week 6 Pack and Killer Buns and Thighs on alternating days.

I can't figure out how to resize the first picture:

I'm glad that you can see a difference. I just want the belly button area to ... perk up a bit. :blushing:

I know what you mean. I feel the same way about mine. From what I read online, it takes up to six months for the skin to "bounce back" after weight loss.

But it's taken me more than a year and a half to lose 70ish pounds. Do I have to wait for maintenance?

I liked it alot. I feel like I had more results from 30 Day Shred but I'm pretty sure that's because I had more to improve on then. My arms definitely toned up more and overall I liked it more than 30 Day Shred. Level one was a little too easy by day 5 though. I hated level 3. Level four was probably my favorite though.

I'm starting 6W6P today, how have your results been with level 1? I'll be alternating between that and Killer Buns and Thighs.

Thank you so much for sharing! I have both and I keep randomly doing my 30 day shred video. It's people like you posting results that make me kick my *kitten* for not just starting it and continuing through with it. I gotta get it together! Thank you so much for sharing!

I did 30DS and on Stage 2 of RI 30....today I added Level 1 of Shed n Shred to mix it up a bit. Holy COW! She is incredible..it mixes everything from weights, to kick boxing, yoga and cardio. I can't wait to do after RI 30. If you want to challenge yourself, it offers level 1 and 2 combined or you can do them separately. Each level is about 45 min (inlcuding warm up and cool down). It's amazing!

Your results are incredible, so is your motivation and dedication...keep it up and good luck!!!!

Good job! I did the Shred and then did Ripped. I am a little dissapointed because I do not see any changes in my weight and only minimal inches lost. I lost maybe .5 inches on my waist and maybe an inch off my hips...I will keep going though. I am going to do the Shred again starting Thursday. I figure...just keep doing what your doing...eventually I will see results!!

I'm really working to see both my natural waist and naval area to be in the 20s. The natural waist is BARELY there but my naval still has a ways to go. I don't really care if my hips get smaller. I'd be ok with gaining a bit there actually.... I don't have much of a butt.

Great work. I finished 30DS and started Ripped in 30 on Monday. Hoping to also see results. Keep up the good work!

You are doing great. I can see changes. We tend to be a lot harder on ourselves. Do you feel like your endurance and strentgh are a lot better? (I am positive they are. That in itself is a huge accomplishment)

Oh yea, I feel like I've improved the most in those areas. I guess that's why I don't "see" the results as much because I FEEL so much better and stronger but I don't feel like I LOOK as good in comparison. My biceps are bigger than many of my guy friends' but then again most of them are the string bean body types.

actually pretty good, im still losing weight steadily, im still sorta chunky so of course no signs of a six pack yet lol, but my stomach has definitely gone down. i feel as though i should have first lost more weight then done this video but hey its still helping me lose weight so im not mad. level two is more cardio with legs involved, not as much ab work as i would have thought, so far every time it has me on the floor by the end of it. oh and let me know how u liked 6w6p. ill definitely be ordering ripped in 30 soon

I really like 6w6p. I didn't sweat a ton, I think Jillian has harder stuff but I could feel the burn in my abs for once. She doesn't usually have much work when it comes to abs in either 30 Day Shred or in Ripped in 30 so this was a nice change. My abs are a bit sore today too. I was feeling productive though so I did Killer Buns and Thighs right afterward, dang that was hard. It was harder than 6W6P and my butt definitely hurts.
Maybe this is just hopeful thinking but I feel like my stomach felt tighter this morning too. I have a feeling I'll see more dramatic changes in my waist with 6W6P than I did with Ripped. I saw most improvements in my arms when it came to Ripped in 30.
