I consider it motivation. When I think about what I need to do to get where I want to be, I feel a little overwhelmed. When I see others pics, I think "hey they did that! So can I!" Inspiring.

Running man. To think that I couldn't even do them the first time I started.... wow. It's amazing how strong I am now compared to how out of shape and heavy I was.

Using weights would change the muscles you are using per exercise drastically. The resistance band is not my favorite by any means. There is only one exercise in disc either 3 or 4 that uses the band for rowing. In 5 and 6, you use it quite a bit. That's as far as I've gotten.

I did a juice fast for two sets of 4 days each. In the end, I felt great. Do I want to do it again? Hell no! My first suggestion would be to try different juices before your actual fast. I am using 3's and 5's but that's only because I don't have any others and I'm poor. :) I definately need more weight, but they were sufficient when I started.

I workout everyday, twice a day. I took this last weekend off only because I got a cold. I couldn't wait to get back at it today. For me personally, I go and go. If my body tells me to rest I will. It's not like I'm torturing myself, but I like working out like I do. That's just me.

I take each day as it comes. It is my 12 step program. I don't look at it as "I will never be able to eat that again." I think "Today I am going to eat right and exercise and we'll see what happens tomorrow." And don't beat yourself up. I know easier said than done, right! I started phase 2 Thurs. My booty is so sore today. Good sore though. My kids lost my cardio 1, so I have been running. I am pretty nervous to do cardio 2. Today is my rest day. I usually workout twice a day and haven't had a rest day since March 27th. Go Revolutioners!

Everyone seems to modify it to their own needs. I did weeks 1 & 2 for three weeks. I called week one the warm up. I was so extremely sore that I wasn't able to do all of the workouts.

Thank you everyone for the responses. Seems as though I'm the norm. I have just gotten so much stronger in ever capacity except for the push-ups. I am pushing myself though!

2008 Chevy Malibu just turned 30K. I got really lucky with this car. I bought it last Sept with 26K which is so low for a car this year. We could have purchased a car that was only a year or two old but had 50K+ miles.
