Thanks for all the great info! My main goals are trying to get an accurate count of my calories burnt while exercising and I did like the features of the vivofit. I saw they have one coming out that will have a heart rate monitor which i think will help. I would like a waterproof one since I'm also swimming. This is all…

That would be an intense episode - probably more so than when he had to choose between Brian and Deb. Oooh...now I really kind of want this to happen...

I have a sinking feeling though that Hannah might go after Deb since Deb is gunning for her. I agree Quinn looks like crap lately - what's up with that? LaGuerta needs to go. She is still hung up on Doakes after all these years? Really? And the guy she's asking to help is a really old family friend of Dexter's family? If I…

I need my coffee. I switched from light cream to low fat half and half and cut it down to one cup in the morning.

Congrats on the great NSV!

I am also hitting my reset button. Probably a hard time of year to do it with the holidays and all but I need to do it or else what little I have lost will soon be back on. I just sent you a friend request but am open to anyone who is willing to help support along this journey!

I'm feeling the same way lately. I'm just going to fake it til I make it. I haven't gained it all back yet and I'm going to keep it that way. Today is Monday. I hit the reset button. You can do this!

Hang in there! Sounds like you have had a rough couple of years. Kudos to you though, for taking control and starting this journey!

My daughter is similar in size and weight and her BMI was 20.2. The cardiologist that we saw in September listed her as slightly overweight. I didn't know if I should be worried or just let it go since she's only 3.5 years old. We did cut back on a few things and gotten outside to play a lot more but part of me couldn't…

I started at 337. The highest I have ever been. I'm now at 297.4 (slight gain this past week). This is the longest I have stuck with anything so I am feeling confident that this is the time for me to get it off for good! Feel free to add me as I always love having the support of people on here and love being able to give…

I quit cold turkey after 10 years of smoking the day I found out I was pregnant. I just didn't want my little one to grow up with smokers around her. It's been four years now and I'm glad I did it! I chewed a lot of cinnamon gum. The stronger the flavor the better because it helped me get through the cravings. Altoids also…

Feel free to add me. I have more than 100 lbs to lose but I am on and slowly chipping away at it!!
People rave about the Leslie Sansone walking dvds but I have never tried them.
I love the Walk Away the Pounds DVDs they are pretty good. She's not too annoying and neither are the people who do them with her. THere are some new ones where it's just her and no people walking with her and those are good…

Previous Group Loss: 141.16 My Loss: 1.6 New Group Total: 142.76 This is pretty darn impressive - and we're only halfway through the month!

I have 27 and 20 of them have logged in within the last day. I try to talk to all of them whether it be to comment on a blog post, congratulate them on a loss, or make a comment on their food journal. I suppose I should do a little housekeeping and get rid of those who are not active.

I love them. My favorite is also the Chicken Apple sausage (Adele's is the brand I usually get). My favorite recipe using them is to take an apple, slice it up and cook in a frying pan with 2 tsp EVOO along with some vidalia onion. Once they are cooked to your preferred level of crispness (or mushiness depending on what…

Oops! Sorry about that!

I just adjusted mine and am at 1660 with sedentary as my level of activity.

Mine was in parts - photographs or lack there of bothered me. The birth of my daughter also reminded me that I had to be around for a long time so that I could be there for her! As of most recently, I was diagnosed with gallstones and it was in part due to my diet. The flareups are caused by eating poorly so I realized…

Mine is open to friends so if you want to add me, feel free!
