like above stated , you can get a real high from running and it clears the mind, without running i feel terrible. :) just know when to rest !

about 3 months for me, i was slower than 21minutes though. it took about 6 months for 21 minutes , good luck :) i love running

yep all BS, I have lost 43lb in four months from excercise and mfp food logging and protein shakes 3/4 times a week ( i was having them everyday for the 8 weeeks or so and lost heaps but i had plenty to lose too) dont listen to the crap (p.s like others have said just watch the calories in/out, also some shakes have heaps…

very cool topic! :) i can be out all day , doing all sorts of activities and come home and feel great ( in stead of stuffed ) run 5k daily look forward to buying new clothes workout for hours and love the burn feel good about myself :)

Great story!! I am hooked on running too! Started in February and couldn't run more than a few hundred meters at a time , Now it's generally 5k or more daily and love running outside Very addictive and labour of love. My wife is getting the bug too and has always thought she couldn't run

I have a garmin 910xt and love it for running and general cardio, general lifting but sometimes i remove it for heavy lifts, push ups etc. i still leave the chest strap on so i can monitor heart rate and record the workout, but just find it's in the way for some things. p.s i have a fit bit and it is very good but i much…

i generally workout most days (aim for 6 days a week) and i try and alternate muscle Groups on different days to give them a rest . but my legs cop it most days sore or not, as i like to run atleast a half hour a day

i had the same problem, ( have always been not real regular) so i upped my water intake and i also now drink prune juice most mornings & not a problem anymore! :)

yep i eat bacon usually twice a week with eggs ( no toast) :) lost over 42lb in 14weeks , i eat chocolate too!! lol

i dont really have days off either, i just alternate different types of activities, strength training on the days i am too sore to run, and runn whenever my legs recover usually everyday or skip a day and run again! ( & push ups everyday) loving it at the moment only missed probably 4 days since the beginning of january.
