Sugar cravings in the night!

Hi all,

I have been recently having bad cravings in the middle of the night for sugar. I always wake up after nightmares craving this?

Does anyone know what it is? Or if I'm a weirdo! Lol!

  i always crave sugar atnight
  
  and quite often give in to it too!

  Is it before you go to sleep or wake up craving it in the night?
