My tip is to try and hold off until midday at least, that helps me not go over. Also lots of fluids and fight the pangs! They come and go all day. LOL! It helps if you rinse beans well before you prepare them, thats why i stopped eating baked beans, cant rinse them. Whey yes, at first I agree.... alcohol and bad food, bad gas. Oh and bread, ew.... I gave it up 5 months ago and now whenever I eat it, i bloat up and feel very uncomfortable!

I am doing isowhey shakes breakfast and lunch for the next 10 days before my holiday (have already done 4 days). Its great for your digestive system and I swear it shrinks my stomach because i just cant eat as much in my night time meal which is an issue. Need to wear my bikini!
