I had the same problem. Finally figured it out. At top of screan click settings then click goals. on goadls page click change goals on bottam of page. There you can change your macros. Good Luck:smile:

Go to the fridge instead of the cupboard for food and you will be ok. Eating qulaity foods is the answer. Eat fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, chicken, firsh and count your calories on MFP. Don't eat processed, packaged foods. Its that easy.

I also agree that the default macros are too low for protein. I set mine to 40/30/30 CPF and usually hit 100 grams of protein without supplements. WAY too much food. Roast Lamb, Lasagna, Apple Pie, Wine,.... but it was a large family get together (30 people) and loads of fun. I'm about 1000 cals over my daily allotment. I'm going to spend some time on the elliptical this evening to atone for my sins.
