When you have found out your TDEE make sure you put your self down as heavy activity! As your daily activity is heavy! x

I just looked at your diary and IMHO I think you shouldn't log your cleaning as it is done on a daily basis, so is the "norm" for you! Or maybe still log it BUT don't eat them back as it should already be factored in your daily activity/calorie allowance anyway! I don't log my cleaning/cooking or anything that I do on a…

I find that too much white bread/pasta etc.... makes me really sluggish so I am trying to eat wholewheat stuff instead. I am also a REAL carb person, I LOVE them, which was my downfall, so I have cut down on them but nor totally cut them out x

Oh I agree deadlifts/squats are AWESOME!!! I still hurts to sit on the loo, but my butt has lifted slightly lol x

Well done!! Amazing results!! I'm on week 2 but I'm doing it 3 times a week as I am doing strength training Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays! Hopefully I'll have results like you have :) x

My May goals are: 1. Stick to CONSUMING at least 1640 and NETTING at or above my BMR (1363) 2. Continue my lifting 3 times a week Mon, Wed & Thurs 3. Having proper rest day/days 4. Doing RI30 2 or 3 times a week (NOT on a lifting day) 5. Get out of the 140's?!?!?!?! Good Luck everybody x

I'm not on it anymore but have had to use it in the past. 40mg a day gradually reduced down to 5mg over a 6 month period, unfortunately I did gain weight with it! and mood swings were horrendous!!! BUT They made me better and not poorly any more :) x

The fat2fit site for me only told me TDEE not what to eat to lose weight! Except that I could deduct 15-20% (as I am under 30lbs to goal It is suggested I could do it) I don't think you said how much you have left to lose? x
-
Ok taking the fat2fit details you take your BMR as what you should aim to NET at or above each day, you can take 15-20% off of the TDEE given which is 1840 (minus 20%) Aim to eat 1840daily BUT if you burn off more than 240 cals through exercise you should eat back some of those to get your NET at or above your BMR x Edit:…

Ok So go for the Katch BMR which is 1430 this is what you need to NET each day at least! The TDEE of 2257 is to maintain not lose so you deduct 20% which is 1805 So your daily goal should be to eat 1805 cals a day and only if you burn off OVER 375 clas you would need to eat some back to get your NET at or above your BMR.…

I started week 2 today, and I actually enjoyed it!!Do NOT like that plank press up move where you bring your knee to your shoulder and you press though! I ended up on my face lol and I think somebody else said about the sit up where you go up your leg?!?!?! UMMMM WTH?!?!? I can't see what it does and it makes my hip click!…
-
What did fat2fit give you as your BMR and your TDEE? If you give me those details I can work it out for you x
-
Your's BMR & TDEE are similar to mine. Set your daily goal as your TDEE minus the 20%. Aim to eat that every day, and if you burn off more than 274 cals then eat some back to get your NET at or above your BMR! Give it a month and see how you go x
-
There's a thread called in place of a road map plus a group called women who eat more or something like that! That can explain it better! May of read your post wrong, my opinion is to NET at or above your BMR not just eat it, if that makes sense?!

Bump for later x

Your def moderately active then (I am too and I workout 5/6 times aweek) I have lost 2.6lbs in about 4 weeks BUT before anybody goes "that's not a lot" I have also lost nearly 15 inches!!! (my ticker is my side loss during those 4 weeks) And only we see the scale number, everybody else sees the body! Every 10lbs you do…

I'm aiming to be looking smoking hot in my bikini 14 weeks tomorrow!!! A way to go but 14 weeks to do it :) Good luck all x

I personally think 1,200 cals is far too low! I am just over 5ft 2 and started at 157lbs (not 147.7lb) eating that low made me irritable, lethargic, hungry just not nice at all. I was also at a standstill with my wieghtloss for over 3 months until I upped my cals! I have now lost 2.6lbs AND lost nearly 15inches in total…

How often do you workout?! If it is 3-5 times a day then you are moderately active, to be sedentary you would work an office desk job and not workout at all, not even a walk, it is just every day stuff you would do! I would go for moderately active minus 20% 1720 then aim to eat that every day. the only reason you will…

You look great well done!! I personally think it looks like you have lost more inches than you said!! WTG Ripped In 30 for you now? Jen x

You shouldn't eat below your BMR! Your BMR is what your body needs just to function without adding in any exercise etc... You need to FUEL your body to make it function properly, it is better and healthier to eat just below your maintainance and lose weight slow and steady than to lose quickly from going hungry x
-
Take your TDEE 2134 and deduct 20% which leaves you with 1707, this is what you should aim to eat every day, if your exercise burns more than 365 cals then you should try and eat back to NET at or above your BMR. Jen x

Yep I think I am ;-) lol x

I LOVED the travelling push ups and the plank rows :) I also like the superman pose! maybe I am just sadistic lol x

I've finished 30DS and am currently doing RI30 (which is a harder version of 30DS and IMHO I prefer it to 30DS), and also do NMTZ & BFBM which are both good. I also have Killer Buns & Thighs which I plan to start doing in June time probably, in time to kick up a gear before I go on holiday in August! I was doing RI30 5/6…

This is incorrect! Your BMR is what your body uses just to be totally still and not do anything, as soon as you start moving around you use more than that. Your maintenance is your TDEE! Which you can deduct from to lose weight

I have naturally very thick curly hair, Since having it chopped off into a graduated bob about 2 and a half years ago, I don't think I have worn it curly since! Even though it is long again now, I straighten it every day, i use morrocan oil and Paul Mitchell serum. I LOVE this post as I will be wearing my hair curly when I…

Never actually done spinning BUT I have achillis tendonitis (sp) and dodgy knees, was diagnosed with some fancy *kitten* named injury when I was 13 that women athletes in their 30/s have?!?! I was very athletic and sporty as a youngster, ran for school, town and county until my knees couldn't take it anymore! I was told by…
