BODYWEIGHT Strength Workouts!!
For the past 3 weeks I've been strength training using my body weight and pathetic 5lb dumbbells and a 28lb barbell! At the mo I don't have the money to go to the gym or buy any new weights!! CELLULITE!!!
Ok I've always had a tiny little bit of cellulite but after only now being able exercise again after 2 years or so of hardly any, it is horrendous!!! What can people recommend to help eliminate it?! I'm going to be in a bikini/swimming costume in just over 16 weeks so wanna look the best I can!! X

Eating more is working for me :)

Not had a weight loss in well over a month now :(

Well I've eaten 811 cals today already and got dinner to have but I've burnt 309 cals thru exercise do my net is only 502!! My dinner is gonna be about 540 cals so need another 350 ish to get to my BMR?!

Just had a wild pacific pink salmon fillet in a creamy white wine and asparagus sauce with a side of potatoes mixed peppers and courgettes! But there is NO nutritional info! The salmon and sauce weighs 190g and the potatoes, peppers & courgettes weigh 175g!! Hellllppp!!! Thanks in advance! X

Weight Watchers OR good old fashioned calorie counting?
I am currently following the Weight Watcher Pro Points system, have done WW before and had good results (lost 21lbs) but never get below 136!
