Help with food ideas to make up today's calories?!??

Well I've eaten 811 cals today already and got dinner to have but I've burnt 309 cals thru exercise do my net is only 502!! My dinner is gonna be about 540 cals so need another 350 ish to get to my BMR?!

    When my calories are too low at the end of the day, I drink a glass of skim milk. It is maybe 140 calories I think. Maybe a glass of milk with a piece of dark chocolate, or cheese, or peanut butter? Will help you sleep good too! :)

    mmmm cocoa is always a nice treat if you have spare cals at the end of the day. And I can pretent to myself that the milk is good for me:)

    Any kind of nuts or dried fruit will take up a lot of those cals quickly

    Or be decadent and have toast with butter - drool......

    Cheers guys :) I'm having a glass of apple juice with my dinner! May treat myself to a hot chocolate before bed x
