Sorry I'm replying now, been working all day I've been on MFP for 25 days now! And pretty much only did a couple of days at 1,200 cals then read a lot of posts on upping cals. So I did my sums and started upping cals. Not sure if I said this already but My BMR is 1363 and my TDEE minus 20% is 1644 I am eating between 1550 & 1770 and trying hard to keep my NET at or above my BMR! I've done the whole low cal diet and lost 21lbs sometimes losing 3 or 4lbs a week but it all crept back on! I'm not going to rush into losing weight this isn't a "diet" so therefore when I'm at my goal I'm already eating normal. I don't neglect myself from eating anything but I make the healthier choices 9 times out of 10! Today for example I've been working behind the bar at the rugby club and normally I'll be drinking a few cans of coke, eating a few chocolate bars and bags of crisps, then come home and not have dinner. But today I shared a Twix with my best friend and drank a cup of tea and a litre bottle of water oh I did however have a cheeky half of cider ☺ then had dinner when I got home!!

My UGW is 120 ish but I'd like to be down to 140 by the time I go on holiday in 16 weeks BUT it's more about the inch loss than what the scale says! I've also been working out most days for at least half hour doing JM's DVD's plus started lifting this week EEEEKKKK!!!! I've still got a lot of toning up to do and need to lose the cellulite!! Apart from what I've already said about upping my cals, since I've started upping them I'm sleeping better (sleep all night, whereas before it took ages to fall asleep and I'd wake every few hours) I don't feel lethargic got lots more energy and I'm not as grumpy anymore lol I'm doing this not only for me but for my daughters 😃

    Sorry I've really rambled on :) x

Edit: I lost 1lb last week and 1.3 this week! Slow & steady wins the race x
