Well basically what the subject is lol I'm currently half way thru 30 day shred and want to do something else of Jillians 4 or 5 times a week, I have NMTZ and BFBM but not sure which one to do?! I'm starting 6 weeks 6 pack on April 16th! Opinions please! X
