When I did it, I think I had 2 days off a week, it takes longer than 30 "straight" days. But you can still do it x

A handful of nuts or a spoonful of peanut butter etc... are healthy options that are not too filling but will bump your cals up, without making you feel too full! i eat 6 times a day also, I think my dairy is open if you wanted to take a look I aim for 1,600 cals a day and I am losing (on average only about 2lbs a months…

You should try and net as close to you daily goal as possible, so if you workout and burn 400 cals you should be eating about 1,800 cals x

I've not got this but I do have both Zumba games for the WII and the 2nd especially is fantastic :) it just doesn't feel like a workout whilst doing it but I certainly break into a heavy sweat lol x

Chicken breasts, Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Turkey, Tuna, Nuts I like to cook up a load of turkey breast pieces and eat them cold the next day as a snack. Or vegetable sticks dipped in cottage cheese is low cal but a good source of protein. x

I use my turkey mince to make turkey kebabs or burgers!
