I got my video a few weeks ago. Working my way through it. so far I have been able to master the first 30 mins or so. Anybody have any idea how many calories the dvd burns?

I have a 14yr boy who mouths sometimes..its that age...I shut him down quickly though lol..They're just trying to push the boundaries..not in my house.

I had papa johns pizza twice this week..only had 1 slice at lunch and another day two slices at dinner..just made sure I exercised to offset the extra calories that I was taking in
