i have been doing this since august 31 and have dropped 9lbs. the first four i lost the first week but am struggling to lose that last pound. could be because i don't have much to lose to begin with. i keep saying its a slow but steady race:)

hey everyone! i *think* i joined this thread but its been awhile so i am saying hi again! i am 5'3" and my sw was 134. my first goal is to get to 124 and i am so close, just another pound. my 2nd goal is to get to 120. not sure what after that, maybe maintain. i really love this site, it has helped me so much!

great tips! i always carry a water bottle in my car when i am out driving around. its amazing how thirsty i can get and its so much better knowing that i am helping myself rather than drinking a soda. also, i put one in the fridge so anytime i want cold water its right there.

they are really good. and i know some of them are gluten free right? i remember this summer i was testing a gluten free diet and i tried one of hers and they were delicious! a bit more pricey but the quality of the food is much better than others imo.

yep, i do the 30 day shred when available. i don't like the bl workout videos because they are never in sync and it throws me off:) i really like amy dixon, she does kickboxing. i always work up a sweat!

strawberry orange banana raspberry lemonade raspberry ice (be careful, this one stains) orange sunrise peach tea i love crystal light, espeically those packets 2go when i need something to drink besides plain water. adds flavor and only 10 cal/packet.

oh yes, those are my favorite! i love the chicken romano fresca and the chicken roasted verde so much. the roasted verde is a tad spicy and the romano fresca reminds me of a pasta salad. those are the only ones i buy now and i have found walmart is the cheapest to buy them from.

yep, i do and like many people posted it keeps me on track. i don't get upset or too happy what the scale says. if i am up i try to remember what i had eaten the day before and if i swayed off on my meal planning. i officially log in once a week, usually on wednesdays. if you tend to get to hard on yourself over the number…

yep, i can tell a difference too! you look thinner in the face and the stomach for sure. have you measured yourself from the beginning? you may not be losing numbers on the scale but check your measurements. keep up your hard work, you are doing great!

haha, love the snickers and that is an accomplishment! i have exercised everyday since Sunday and am going to keep going this whole week. Usually I take a day off but with Halloween I want to keep on track. Great job everyone!

i don't go to gym but have a treadmill at home. some days i use the cox on demand free workout videos. there are a whole bunch to choose from and they always come out with new ones every month.
