I love coffee too and cannot stand black coffee. I use a k-cup and then about 2-3 T of sugar free french vanilla creamer. only 15 cal per T so its great to use!

I ran my fastest mile yet in 9:35! Just a minute longer than my time in high school:) Finished 3 miles under 30 minutes so I am very happy today!

i'm 5'3" and want to be 120...lowest i got was 123 last fall but slipped off the wagon. i think it depends on how and where you carry the weight. i carry more in my midsection and chest so just remember everyone is different.

hey everyone! i'm 5'3" and am sw was 137 and currently at 134. i would like to be at 120. i got to 124 last fall and then stopped exercising and eating right and gained it all back plus more:( feel free to add me to your friend lists....i need all the support and motivation i can get!

i know, lol! i will never have a hard time not eating. i can understand where people are coming from. when you first start mfp you want to succeed and try really hard so you follow all the rules and you do kind of have to think about why you need to eat your extra exercise calories or try to. i'm glad we have a community…

I'm also 5'3" and my ultimate goal is 120. I got down to 124 last fall and unfortunately gained it back but I think 120 will be great for me.

Way to go! My sister has had multiple heart surgeries so I know how tough it can be. Hope you son is doing better. it is like a game...just remember to make sure you eat enough!

agreed! i am 5'3 and i think my lowest weight is 115. i don't i will ever get there but i cannot imagine being 5'6 and weighing 100lbs. my 11 yr old sister is nearly 100, how can an adult that tall weigh the same? now if you are 5' and under that is ok but i don't understand either. to each his own i guess!
