i get a veggie on wheat and load it up! seriously, i don't even miss the turkey and i get no dressing, no cheese and no salt and pepper. i think its around 300 calories.

i gain 2-3lbs so i don't weigh myself during that time. also, i try to drink lots of water and exercise and usually afterwards the numbers will be down, so its all good!

i just threw a nearly full bag of peanut butter m&ms away this morning that i bought yesterday during a moment of weakness. before, i would've said: i will just finish this bag and start afterwards. no more of that. a moment of weakness can last just that, a moment!

yea i did the same thing last week! this poster had lost weight and looked awesome so i looked at their food diary and noticed they barely ate 600 cal/day and when they did they commented on how much they had overeaten:( it made me sad to see that. i am glad they lost weight but its not the right way.

i watch both 'heavy' and 'i used to be fat' and love them both! they are way more realistic than biggest loser. i like how on heavy they go home and work out and then come back because i truly believe you need to live your real life not just being squirreled away from society and work to lose weight. i like the mtv show…

i weighed 135 and now i weigh 123! almost too my goal but really am just kinda in a maintenance/losing weight slowly mode. with school starting again soon, i know it will take time to lose these last 3lbs.

during my tom my weight goes up 2-4lbs so don't worry! it goes down to after i am done so take that in consideration. i try not to weigh myself during this time for that very reason.

i used to eat yoplait but switched to chobani greek yogurt and it is soooo good and filling! it has 2x the amount of protein and less sugar. it is more expensive but i only buy when its on sale, usually for a dollar. i add a little bit of cereal on top for some crunchiness and it keeps me full till lunch. next, i want to…

i think you should give it some more time! also, maybe you need more calories since you are exercising a lot. have you tried changing your daily intake points and exercise level? i think that maybe the key. try to eat more healthy foods of course. don't give up yet!
