i officially weigh in 1x/week but weigh myself everyday. it keeps me on track and lets me know what i need to do.

i'm 5'3" and i used to weigh 135. that was too much for me imo. right now i am at 124 but would like to be 120 and just maintain at that.

yes, i normally gain about 2-3lbs and then lose it after. i don't weigh myself during that time, makes no sense!

yep, mine is set for 1200 calories and if i exercise i eat about half of those exercise calories back. i have been losing weight, slowly but steadily so it works for me. i don't get that message if i eat my exercise calories but somedays i am just not hungry and have about 300-400 calories left and i get that message.

i'm going to log because i am one of those people who don't actually like Thanksgiving meals. shoot me, i know! i only eat the turkey and mashed potatoes and the pumpkin pie. i am planning on eating a normal breakfast and a tiny lunch since we are going to be eating at 2pm.

10lbs as of today!!!!! i started August 31, 2010. its been slow and steady but i did get to my first goal weight so i know i can get to my second!

i only eat about half or a bit less than that and i have been losing weight consistently.not a lot but still losing. i am close to my goal weight so its a bit slower losing the pounds. everyone is different so just try it out for a month or so and see where you are from there. i do think that as long as you hit your base…

yes! i have been trying to lose this 1lb and it has taken me about 2 months. like today, i am so close but i just want to see 124! i am 125.1 and i know not to be obsessed but it would be nice to see that number actually stay for a bit. it will come but only likes to stay a day and then go on its merry way.

i just had this for dinner tonight and it was sooooo yummy! i added pasta sauce (low sodium), cheese, onions and shredded chicken. i baked the flat out first and then added everything else and baked again. i followed the recipe a few posts above. so good and delicious. might try a bbq one next time? also, thought about…

i would not even try to both logging them in mfp. its great the hotel has a gym def take use of that and try to order items without the sauce or on the side. have fun!

i eat about half back and it seems to work for me. i know some people don't, some people eat half and some people eat them all back! very confusing but i decided to try and see what works for me. also, if i am not hungry i don't them. i don't eat just to eat, kwim? i am trying to listen to what my body is telling me.
