I've lost about 10lbs over the past year. But I know I've changed that shape of my body some and I've lost inches (2" off my arm alone!) 10lbs just seems like such a small number when I've been working so hard! In the past 12 weeks I've lost 5lbs.

My boyfriend from 1993 (he's been an ex since 1995) contacts me every Christmas and tells me that whenever he hears "Blue Christmas", he thinks about the time we sang it together. For the past few years, he's been in Texas for the winter and I live in Wisconsin so it's not like he lives around the corner.

You can and they may give you pain meds. That will help short-term but as soon as the meds wear off, you'll be in pain again. Go to the dentist and get it taken care of. If you don't have insurance, most will agree to a payment plan.
