  • I just started this today... I wasn't sure what the workout schedule was, so I did upper & lower level 1. Then I did some research & found I'm only supposed to do upper on day 1, lower on day 2, cardio on day 3, upper on day 4, lower on day 5, cardio on day 6 & rest on day 7. Anyway, looking forward to results!
