  • that is an over simlification, and don't forget that everyone is saying a "healthy" level of calories not an ever-increasing amount of cals. ( that is how most of us got here in the first place.)
  • this happens to me too. for some reason I tend to weigh less after a big splerge day. (specially when I was eating a 1200 cal diet) not so much now that I have levelled off at netting around 1600.
  • I don't really remember anyone saying you will create a larger calorie deficit by eating more. You will lose weight because your body chemistry will start to release faf if you are feeding you body enough healthy nutrition. Also do not forget the thermogenics of food. It costs calories to do digest and ingest more…
  • Thanks! :) gonna try it! :)
  • I have started with a personal trainer who is working out with me every morning at 5AM!! uggg! but is has been really good, and I don't feel toooo tired. He has my workout planned and I have my stuff set out the night before. so far so good.. 2 days in a row! haha!
  • Does your university have a weight room? will they let you use it when class is not in? I just run, but if you are not in a safe area... another option would be crossfit or tabata training. more workout, less time. :)
  • My schedule has c hanged recently too, with school starting about 3 weeks ago. I will need to get up at least by 5am to get a good workout in for the day, or I won't be able to get one at all. :( You (and I) will need to work through our tiredness till it becomes routine. I absolutely hate getting up early :grumble:, but…
  • YAY!!! I may have a morning workout partner!!! I am so excited! thanks again for all the advice. I don't think I would have asked this person without your motivation! :)
  • This seems to be theme... :) and is my hope... :) Thanks!
  • Actually they aren't as bad as you might think.. they have less caffeine than a cup of coffee, and most of the energy comes from the proprietary blend of vitamins that are in the drink. :) I may have to try this, too! :)
  • someone else mentioned this too... I think that might work, at least in the winter... summer gets hot even with AC. I really liked all the suggestions from everyone!!! thank you so much for responding. I will start with having my workout stuff ready to rock and roll in the morning and (if it is ok) I will tell myself that…
  • That is too funny! I have knocked my phone to the floor from the elliptical/treadmill to many times!! haha!
  • Most likely I will just be running. That is my workout of choice at the moment... or a video.
  • Motivation is difficult, I KNOW! :) I enjoy running at night just around my house. If getting to the gym is tough, try working out at home to get your energy levels back up may take time if you are working longer hours than you are used to. Eventually, you should start feeling better. Also look into vitamin supplements,…
  • it has been said 100 times, but you look fabulous! :) congrats! :drinker:
  • I have only been caught twice so far! :glasses: on the first mission and at the gym (couldn't get the treadmill speed up fast enough. ) :drinker: to all you survivors. :)
  • I just tried using zombies, run! on the treadmill in my gym last night. it was rather frustraiting with the zombie chases set to on because I couldn't get the speed up on the treadmill fast enough to compensate for the zombies and I had to drop stuff once to distract them. :(
  • You have to set up the playlist on your phones music manager first. when I log into the mission it has a drop down that lets you select which playlist you want. At the end it will tell you "mission completed", after that it will keep running the radio mode until you select "stop mission" button on your phone. Also, I have…
  • I just ran this one the other day and I have to say it was probably my favorite so far. I really thought it was amazing of Sam to keep talking me through it even though he had no reason to hope I was alive. ;) In movies, the character building is probably my favorite part too, so this was awesome! (thanks for starting…
  • Do they have a lbm caluclator that doesn't erquire bf%? If I knew my bf% I can calculate my own lbm. http://www.healthstatus.com/cgi-bin/calc/calculator.cgi never mind... found one. Although I am pretty sure there are ones out there if you know or can take your measurements (arm, leg, waist, neck, etc) they will…
  • I love to bake... what types of flours do you use, which have you found that work best?
  • Any recommendations on spices? and just used ground pork? like pork tenderloin or something?
  • What???? since when??? :noway: ( )
  • I would have reported him to his boss.
  • I try to run at least 3 times per week, usually more like 5, but I just started up again about ttwo weeks ago! :) I usually run at night but only if I can find a running partner, if not I use my elliptical to get my workout in. :) Mornings are just NOT gonna happen.. :) I am too lazy in the morning (have been my whole life)
  • I know... I am a little disappointed that we don't at least get supplies for doing the 5k training app. :( I do the 5k and the regular missions alternating somewhat as time permits. Only because I feel I am past the level of the first week at least, but I want to get through the missions, so I am doing them.
  • did you make sure to Link you phone account with your online account from within the phone app settings? says "ZombieLink"
  • Yes, there needs to me more of a "how to play" portion to their website. :) It feels like you kinda flounder around a bit.
  • Maybe that is for only iphone?? I dont' see that option under settings or in the mission specific settings page. :(
  • Neat! I will have to find this option!
