My favorite C25k app is the Zombies, Run! 5k trainer. it is an immersive story telling where you are a runner for a town called Abel and you are training before you start your new position. it plays your music in between the story clips. Zombies, Run! is the only reason I am a runner today. :smiley:

I am with pope705. for you a 22 minute walk may be intense. You have to listen to your body. Nothing says you can't maximize your potential, but your max will be different than someone elses. it is all subjective.

handfull of nuts, hard boiled egg, veggie chips, dried fruit, left over. I eat greek yogurt so I will have plain yogurt with chia and honey sometimes. Make yourself some paleo snack protein bars. :)

so long as you are following the true paleo/primal you are not supposed to need to stay under a certain number of calories? everything I have seen says not to count those, but just to watch your serving sizes.

I make a butter curry chicken from the paleo download from Mark Sisson (sp) that is YUMMY! Tomorrow I will roast the port tenderloin that i have marinating in the fridge using a spice rub from Paleo Kitchen to make a pulled pork to eat, and then you use the leftovers in a meat loaf with ground beef... again... yummy!

I agree with just about everything said here. add fat and get rid of the cheat carbs. eating even small amounts leaves your body expecting and wanting more. You cravings wont go away until you stop feeding them completely. :) good luck!

On the street, the accelerometer would register that I ran much faster than I did so that meant much shorter zombie chases (I always outran them. On a treadmill, I couldn't bump up the speed on the machine fast enough to outrun the zombies.

I checked it out and purchased it. Sounds interesting. It is definitely not a workout app the way most of the folks on here are talking about. it is meant to be a pedometer with "rewards." :) You are supposed to start it and kinda forget about it and only check it so often to see your progress. I did also find another app…
