I am going to use carb cycling to help break my platue, Low carb days I plan to eat 50g or less high carb days no more than 150. HC days no more than 1800 cals LC days no less than 1200 cals I am starting tomorrow with LC days. Saturday or sunday will be my HC day.

Ummm... people don't usually cook just 1/4 cup of dry rice, so not sure this is too helpful? However most of the rice measurements I use here on MFP are cooked volume so I think it should be good enough. Nothing measured here or anywhere else is going to be 100% accurate anyway.

My green smoothies vary from 400+ to almost 800 depending on what I put in it, but it makes a huge shake (usually 2 tumblers) at the higher calorie range and is my whole breakfast, but yes. it is a shock every time because I don't calculate the cals till I put everything in it. it is different almost every time i make it.

^^this^^ Seriously! how can mac and cheese (just talking Kraft here...) be so many freakin' calories!!! That isn't even talking about fresh mac and cheese... can't even begin to wonder at the calories in that... and I LOVE the stuff!!!

I like RK because they will give me voice ques for as few os 1 minute intervals, where the other apps only give this feature for a paid membership.
