I'm 5'2" and about 140 pounds. I would love to weigh under 120 again but I've been doing P90X and since I'm gaining muscle and losing fat I'm okay with not getting that light again - I don't want to lose this muscle it is taking me so long to build! Feel free to add me!

I don't mind oatmeal. Try adding cooked plain oatmeal to a smoothie. Sounds gross but just makes the smoothie thicker.

One thing I have found that helps is telling myself I'll have whatever it is I have my eye on later (usually a brownie in my case). If I can keep telling myself this long enough all the huge delicious pieces will be gone and maybe the need to have one will pass or if I still want one I'll just have a small one.... or they…
