Help get me started... Again...

I'm planning to lose 30 lbs. I've been a gym go-er. But recently I do not have a car anymore. I'm a bit self conscious to go on bus or walking and no bike. So I wanted to try doing workouts at home. I do live on a second floor so I'm scared of making too much noise. I recently was given p90x as a gift. I would love to learn how to run outdoors however I've never been much of a runner period. I know this sounds like a bunch of excuses about why I can't. And it's my own fault.

So I wanted to come on here to see if I can find some friends who are on the same or similar journey and have someone to bounce some ideas off it. Of course I would return the favor. A texting buddy would be fine too after a while. Any other woman who is on the same boat would be great. Feel free to add me and we will chat.

    Youtube has a great channel called fitness blender and they have low impact routines that are quiet. Hope it helps!! Good luck.

    I'm thinking of starting p90x again on Monday. Would you like to be accountability partners? I completed it once a few years ago and got in amazing shape

    Bikini Body Mommy has great videos on you tube and they take less than 30 minutes.
