I never really felt like that.. it was really hard and my legs felt like jello but I kept pushing. Definitely wearing good shoes helps and going at a steady pace. You should be able to talk to someone while running.

I haven't lost any weight since starting the program on April 21 but this is my results from everything so far. Day 1 was when I first started working out period (Mar 25), Day 26 was a day before I started 21DF, Day 43 is today.

Nope, I had a 670 cal breakfast today. If you know you are going to exercise or work out hard, I wouldn't worry about it. That being said, make sure you are getting quality for that large cal meal.

I just eat what feel like while doing the workouts. For others, following the meal plan is their prerogative.. I choose to do the workout on my terms. To be successful you must find a way to stay healthy and indulge. Its not impossible.

That's true. That's one of the things that attracted me to 21 DF was the short time frame. Not necessarily the results but that I would see or feel something after the 21 days. Here's to hoping!
