Daily Check-In Thread
I noticed there wasn't one so I decided to create a check-in thread. Yesterday I did the 84 min 1000 calorie workout. Burn was 633 cals for 72 minutes of activity. Today I did one Strength video and HIIT Strength video. 45 minutes @ 350 cals. Both worked up a good sweat Which FB workout did you complete today?
