In 100% of non-surgical cases, I am confident that what they did was lose body fat. Nothing more.4

^This. You can't spot-lose fat. You can just lose fat, and it eventually comes off everywhere, hopefully. That's just the nature of fat. My last vestige of hanger-on fat is my butt and the tops of the backs of my thighs. It's just genetics.1 -
I remember teaching my Dad what FUPA meant. He laughed so hard! Except I use a different word for the P on women! :blushing:5

Thanks very much for the wonderful, knowledgeable post. I already know that one cannot spot reduce and I do heavy lifting, cardio and eat more to lose. I just want to see people who look good!
Now that we have got that all out of the way, can we get some photo inspiration in this thread? :grumble:1 -

Sy by your sarcastic, angry reply, we can assume that you really don't care about how to lose weight in specific area, you are just asking people to post pictures of their pubic areas for you? I think there are a number of porn sites on the interwebz that will show that. This site kinda forbids those kind of pictures.4 -
I am finding doing left lifts (laying flat on the floor and raising the feet up off the floor no more a 45 degree angle) is working the lower ab and it is reducing in size. Laying on the floor doing bicycling is also go. Or laying on the floor with legs raised as straight as possible in the air and doing crunches also works the lower ab region. Hard yes ... but the results will be there.
Sorry will not post pics.2 -

...What I never could understand is why people feel the need to post things that are JUST like the things they complain about.... Just move on.
Maybe someone could post a pic that is not "sexual" or against terms.
I can understand the need for inspiration. I can't understand the need to post messages that are just as "sassy" as the one you're clearly upset over.
--DixieWhiskey- good luck.3 -
This is a big....embarrassing worry of mine so honestly I'm glad you posted it. As far as porn sites...if someone gets excited over seeing the top of a vag...well...to each their own. I doubt you'll get pictures but I would like to hear success stories about this. I'm honestly worried that after I'm done losing weight I'll need surgery and I hope that's not the case.0

FUPA - maybe I'm wrong but isn't the FUPA area really just very very lower abs? (Googling). Ahhh, yes it is. Ok so lower abs workouts will tone and most likely get rid of the FUPA. Hope this helps!0

I never knew there was an actual term for this!I googled it! Lol :-)0

Sorry no pic, but get in the pool. Swimming tones all over and you feel nice and squeaky clean after a workout. Google image Olympic swimmers.0

The fold of fat that lays over your tummy is also called the apron fold...in nursing...just sayin".

thank you lambcristie0

i figure when i am done and get my tummy tuck he can pull my FUPA up snug and voila..hopefully it will look abit more firmer. i am embarrassed by mine too. no matter what i do its there..although with my apron i cant see it well but i can feel it..and it FEELS GROSS!1

Also very embarrassed, buy cute jeans, and then cover it up with long shirts... Did you know they make panties to hide camel toe... Now they need to make panties to hide fupa... I'm walking 3.5 to 4 miles a day in the morning, doing step ups and bicycles on the floor... and starting to see results.... Sorry no pic!! But it can be done.... when working your butt off, other things start to fall in line... hope it helps...
