Hi, I am 5'6" My results since Jan 7: 180lbs to 164, goal is 160lbs. May make a new goal after that but I am more fixed on reducing body fat percentage than losing lbs.

I wouldn't use any of them for indoor work.. I use Rundouble. Mapmyrun is cool cause you can create a route and see the amt of km, elevation, etc but I don't really like the app.

I had a cold so I skipped three days and rest.. Today I was going to attempt a run, ran 2.5km when my left leg went numb :S I don't know if it is because I ran on the road then the sidewalk (I usually run on the sidewalk). I don't eat back.. I exercise to burn off extra calories for weekly weight loss.. generally my double workouts are done back to back and not one in the am/other in the pm if that makes sense.

It was good, thanks for asking. I ran it in 38:30. Today I ran 6k in 44:47. 30DS every day. Will try to add 21DF on days that I am not running. Has your daughter done any of them yet?

Would like to start this again.. right now I am just doing 30 Day Shred with 5k runs. Was thinking of adding in the 21DF on days that I don't run.. also need to get back to the gym and do some barbell squats.

Been doing 30DS pretty much everyday and running for atleast 15 minutes three times a week. Today was 30DS plus a 5k

Did a 30 minute run on Tuesday. Today I ran 5k, finished in approximately 35:40 which I think is about 7:10/km. More time shaved. The Rundouble app crashed at 3km and I had a time of 20-21 mins at that point.

I used to get shin splints when wearing bad shoes, not drinking enough water prior to running. Poor running form can do it too..
