Core work is super important.. Planks are challenging and can be done anywhere. It will also help with running. I assume your doc has cleared you to work out.. Be patient. It took nine months for your belly to grow, it will take even more time for it to be back to normal.

Thanks ladies! Sometimes I wonder if the scale is broken or something because I'm fitting things again like when I was 170lbs.. Strange stuff. I should measure and get back about what I lost there. Looking forward to doing another round with you all :) This is truly an amazing and supportive group.

Lifting.. Keeps you strong and allows you to eat a bit more. I'm eating up to 2000 cals on lifting days. Running combined with lifting allows you to eat more too and cuts the fat. I'm working on getting down to 19% BF again.. In my profile pic I was that and 160lbs. If you are doing that much activity, you probably should…

Scale is very inaccurate.. Closest to accuracy is calipers or tape measure

I think I am done with the first round now. It's been a great addition to doing the 30 Day Shred. I took a photo of my back today as it's been 65 days. :o I've kind of deviated from the 21DF program as some days I can only fit in one 25 minute workout and other days I can do 3 or 4 workouts back to back. I haven't done any…

Did 30DS today. Sorry I know not 21DF but I'm keeping active. Had to go out of town for work and was super strapped for time.

Thanks. I think I will do another round.. Not cause I expect out of these world results but I like the variety. It's a great program to double up on top of another.

Just pick up and start again. It really isn't the end of the world if you miss up one day or even three... Just keep going :)

You could get calipers for cheap.. I just do measurements. None of the above are 100% accurate but IMO much better than scale measurements. I have used the tape measure for years and I'm happy with that.

What.. that's not true. You can get the battery from any place that cells the circular batteries. Just look for the code on the battery.. might be CR2032 or CR2025 but double check. Just make sure you tighten the battery cover properly once you put the new battery in.
