I think squats are your best bet.. squeeze your butt as you come up. Pretty much all the exercises named will work the quads, glutes, lower back or hams. Maybe you need to challenge yourself.. Not doing the containers or Shakeology.. mainly just adding a new workout to my existing routine. I like it. It's nice to have a different work out every day. I noticed more weight loss on the scale with 30 Day Shred than with 21 Day Fix. I love the 10 Minute Abs Fix though, it's a killer.

Lost all the bloat weight from Chinese food, beer and pizza on the long weekend. Going to do Upper Fix today and 30 Day Shred. Was going to add Lower Fix but I'm going to be playing basketball later today so I think adding in the Lower Fix will be overkill

If you have been losing at what you are currently eating, stick with that. Only reevaluate or increase if you are not losing weight I do not follow the program's diet or take Shakeology. I use a spreadsheet that another MFP user created which allows me to input how much a week I work out, the type of activities I do, etc.…

I would ask your doctor or chiropractor about that. Improving the core is important to helping the back but at the same time, make sure that it is OK first. Planks are great for improving the core and are challenging.
