Did 30 Day Shred, Cardio Fix and Dirty 30. My back is drenched

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome! Way to go! :-)

It will get easy when the kids are older. When my youngest was 10 months, I did a lot of at home workout videos. Also have no family or sitter and working husband. I hope you can make a plan that works. Even if you go to the gym once a week, just work really hard with the time you have. You can do it :)

Everyone is different. It takes me max 30, with 90-120 secs rest in between. The next person may take longer or may be very quick. It's only 5 reps per set per exercise.. I dunno maybe I've just been doing it for so long that I am able to go thru it so quick. I thought 30 mins was long for me..
-
I am not sure about others but I take at least 60-90 seconds before doing the next set in the Stronglifts workout. Take the time you need so you can do it right.. And by right, I mean be challenged enough yet maintain your form. Never rush, that's when bad things happen.

Did the 10 min abs workout after 30 Day Shred. I find the Pilates boring and inefficient.
-
Congrats!! :D No 21DF today. Did some barbell squats, rows, and pulldowns then played soccer for 33 mins. 450ish calories.

Can be any chocolate really.. Even Jello (the one you make). Frozen yogurt is awesome too. I'm big on "If it fits your macros". I noticed in the past and even now, once you cut out the artificial sugars, your body won't crave it. Other than TOM. When that approaches I just work out more so I can indulge. It's inevitable…
-
Dark chocolate, fruits like apples, oranges, strawberries, etc. I mix my protein with vanilla Greek yogurt.. TOM?

I miss when my cat was that small... he's about three years now. He is like one of the dogs now

Agree. The features aren't for me and I don't care about ads. I don't even see them right now and I'm using the free version.. even if the features were for me, paying $10 per month or $50 per year USD seems too steep. I'd rather put that money towards extra months on my gym membership.

^ AHHHHH SO cute!

Perhaps it is how you are swinging your arms while you walk. If you are flexing your biceps like when doing a bicep curl, I could see how you may have sore biceps. Never happened to me but I'd love to see how you walk cause I walk through trails and valleys and have not had sore biceps. Sore calves, quads and hams mostly.

I'm curious but what is your lifestyle like that makes you so time limited? Stronglifts 5x5 is a lifting program you could do at the gym for 25-30 mins three times a week. Cardio can be donein your home with no equipment. Tons of videos out there for frwe online. Thoughts? Yeah I didn't mean Pump at all.. Lol it sounded…
-
Agree. Not a fitness instructor or educated in fitness but from personal experience, those classes never helped me meet fat loss goals. High weights, small reps along with good food and some light cardio gave me the best results.
-
Do both. Lift, do some cardio, do some classes once in a while. If I had a choice with a small amount of time, I would lift heavy. Cardio can be done anywhere.

I will always maintain that eating 1200 cals for an adult is just too low but as ravenstar stated, trial and error. For most people, that amount is not satisfying and does not work. The OP didn't give enough info for anyone to really argue over what advice is being given.
-
I usually workout at home to videos like 30 Day Shred or Fitnessblender - if I can hit the barbells at the gym later on, great but if not, at least I don't feel too guilty. I try to go to the gym every Wednesday to lift weights and play sports for women's night. I bought those connect a mats years ago for my kids but now…

You'll lose fat from all over... overall, your shoulder measurement will decrease as you lose fat from that and other areas. You'll be smaller but maintain your overall body type. It's kind of like being a certain body shape - "apples" will always put on fat around their waist, thighs, back for example. You can lose weight…

I like the pre workouts that you have to cycle.. I mean I lied a little earlier.. I'm addicted to the pre workout I have now until it runs out. I'm usually able to handle going without it fairly well. The lifting routines don't feel the same.. I feel fatigued a lot sooner, focus lacking.

30 Day Shred plus 21 Day Fix Upper body workout

Pantera Megadeth EHG Immolation Deejay Alice Basement Jaxx Black Label Society Thorr's Hammer I lift weights mostly when listening to the above. Congrats on getting back to the gym and working out. I know it's hard when you're a mom. Definitely the gym is a mommy break :D

Not doing the meal plan as you know o:) eating between 1500-2000 cals. Depends how active I am for the day and my abnormal cycles.. Somewhere between my second or third week of the 21 Day Fix. I saw a nice line down the middle of my abs yesterday and today. Obliques are super obvious and visible now. Better than the before…
-
Starting to see a line down the middle and sides of my abs.. looking smaller and tighter. Scale hasn't budged but it may be broken. Haven't measured since I did last as I can see there is progress. Will wait longer to see what happens. I'm on the second or third week of 21 Day Fix. I haven't really been counting but I…

on D11 of 30DS. Also did 21 Day Fix Upper Body workout today back to back with 30DS
-
Did 30 Day Shred plus Upper Body Fix. Only burned 96 cals doing the Upper Fix today even though I was dripping like crazy. Think all the lunges from 30DS caught up with me. I'm only in my mid 20s but my right knee hurts when I walk down the stairs after doing a quick jog with my dogs a couple of days ago. Hoping it will ok…
