What do you believe are the most effective exercises when using a fitness ball? Sick of doing ab exercises on the floor and looking to change things up a bit by adding in any effective fitness ball exercises

Squats and deadlifts. Hanging leg raises, kneeling cable crunches, ab wheel for the small amount of direct training you need.

I'm not sure what it's called but I had someone show me to put my hands in the air above my head while my mid-lower back rests on the ball then kind of crunch side to side in that position. The goal is to keep your abs activated so you don't want to rest but kind of 'bounce' a little...0
