I guess I answered my own question... Sweetened with aspartame. :blushing:

I don't have Diabetes but I used to use Ensure drinks for breakfast cause I was never a breakfast person. I don't see anything wrong with that although I would recommend if you can to make your own drinks. Save some money

Just out curiosity, how much grams of sugar are in one can of 355ml diet pop? That pretty much is the negative in it for me
-
Be careful. Last time I said anything about diet pop and aspartame, a gang of soda lovers jumped on me!! The last statement of your post is a winner for me.
-
No pop unless I'm getting hammered. Water for life guys.

I have it, it got worse after two kids and have yet to lose it but I never consistently worked out long enough to get there. Lifting weights, eating at a slight deficit and being more active overall will help you. It may take awhile to lose it but keep at it. They say abs are made in the kitchen so make sure you are eating…

Right off the bat, eat more. Limit your sodium. Fatandfifty3 had good suggestions about changing up your food.

That's you though. Look at my av.. I'm not afraid of weights, I'm squatting my body weight. I just don't do weighted abs (particularly the Russian twists) because they made my waist larger even though I had lost fat there. Nothing wrong with a medicine ball if that's what you meant but picking up a 25lb plate and doing abs…

I have been enjoying your posts lately. Keep it up!

Anyone want to sell me the DVDs when they are done? Not interested in the meal plan nonsense just the workouts.
-
I usually just put 4 cals per minute for squats and other weightlifting moves..
-
That being said don't neglect the abs entirely but don't do ab moves weighted if you want a flatter, tiny waist.
-
Unless OP is a man, that is just going to make the waist larger. Calorie deficit = lower body fat percentage is the way to go

Oh! Yeah I answer this topic a lot... I had to buy a new HRM because I couldn't find my FT40 watch so I went with the FT4. It cost $84 but when I used it a few times, the calorie burn was really high when it should have been maybe 100-180 cals. It also doesn't have the Fitness Test feature and skips some info that the…

I don't know about anyone else but my period actually stops while I exercise and for a few hours after.
-
Not enough water, crappy shoes or REALLY bad running form. I'm sure it's either the water or shoes
-
Squats, Deadlifts for life. :D
-
I wish the workout was available on CD without having to sign up for everything else cause I couldn't give a flying blank about the "portion control" and meal planning.
-
I just work out through it regardless (it only got better the more cycles I worked out through instead of laying down)... BUT I have heard everything from eating bananas to having ibuprofen.
-
Sounds like DOMS. Got it earlier this week DL my body weight. Do some stretching and get rest. You'll wake up brand new If it was my first time back into the gym, I would do a warm up with the bar first then use weights. Maybe do a few sets working up to my last PR although most people can't lift their old numbers and have…

These are the success stories I love to see! Great work mama!
-
Rundouble!! Like someone else mentioned, it syncs with MFP (expect a gross overburn unless your HRM is being tracked thru the app too) but you get more programs than just C25K. That's great for when you complete the program and want to progress. It's pretty much free

Same

Go with the FT40 .. or any other model than the FT4 or 7

Yup! +1

I try to keep them occupied for the most part but it came down to just exercising right in the living room in front of them with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. If it's nice out, take them to the park. Run around with them. Lean on a neighbour or family member and ask them to the little ones off your hands once in awhile…

Sometimes people are bored and zone out. Who cares
-
I would run once more then stop running until your race. Crosstrain but don't do a ton of running. Wake up rested and refreshed

True!! (article)
