  • I have to report that I made these this morning and they were fab! I used a really over-ripe banana, the skin was black, and 2 eggs. I mashed the banana in a separate bowl first and whisked the eggs with a hand blender then combined. I added a pinch of baking powder just because someone recommended it to make them…
  • I'm going to finish tomorrow and I'm going to repeat stage 7 because I love it. I was going to start Stronglifts 5x5 but seeing so many mentions of Starting Strength makes me want to look into it. I will definitely be continuing some form of heavy lifting. I love the tightening of my body and prefer it now to cardio.

  • I made this with the following ingredients and cut it into 8 slices. Its the consistency of a firm cheesecake and a bit too sweet for me. I'll use less Splenda next time ... there will be a next time because this cures my pumpkin craving. The numbers are Calories, Carbs, Protein, Fat Libby's - Pure Pumpkin *, 1 container…

  • I do not think its ok for anyone to bully another. I liked that she addressed the nature of the email. I do not agree with the ending part of the video though when she compares obesity with someone's color of their skin, or sexual preference; two really big causes of bullying. These things people cannot change about…

  • i'm going to start day one on monday and i'm concerned about the calories for obese people too. the book clearly states that the formula they use is best for normal weight women and there may be a better formula for obese women to calculate their calories. i've got about 80lbs to lose and with all the calorie calculations…
