I dont know why people assume that eating clean is expensive, my food and gym cost is a grand total of £32 per week... thats it the only additional costs are new trainers and clothes as I have lost weight. I plan my meals in advance for the week so I dont overbuy and I eat between 1200-1600 calories per day and I buy…

Just like you don't decide where the weight goes on, you cant decide where it comes off. You can however tone up those areas and make it feel firmer and sleeker quicker with strength training.

Also try getting some amino acids from the health food shop and up your protein intake to improve recovery. I get doms and take painkiller to keep going, but I know if I stop its so much worse and my…

Heya mambagirl.. I guess I workout so often because I can. In November last year I couldn't walk to the end of my drive without breaking a sweat and getting breathless. I love being active - I did 8 different charity events this summer and and I'm currently training for tough mudder 2013. I might be addicted, but compared…

The headaches and diarrhoea are both signs that your liver is healthy and has been clearing out toxins daily and wasn't prepared for the sudden stop. Your body stores everything it uses in water & when you work your system so hard by overloading it, it needs all the water it can get and so has probably held onto a bit more…

When you're cutting calories you are also cutting nutrients and cant afford to eat food that is devoid of goodness. IMO Noodles are nothing but carbs - a food which is the enemy for fat loss

I have heard of this, it was recommended at about 800 calories. The theory is new and based on research regarding Insulin resistance and VLCD's and the results of the many gastric bypass surgeries that have shown when you eat less than a certain amount of calories you are no longer insulin resistant or diabetic. Not sure…

Digital scale on flat surface, I have had 3 different scales and they all read different things depending on where the scales were. Now my scales sit on a piece of wood hubby cut especially for them. Digital shows you oz so you can see small results you may not with a dial scale.

1. Doing a proper press up on my toes (so much better than lying face down unable to get my weight off the floor) 2. Buying something off the rail in a regular clothes chain! :)

http://www.dailyspark.com/images/vre_buy1.jpg I disagree entirely. I spend less now that the whole family eats healthy. Hubby has ditched his sugary snacks and the kids are eating more fresh food and less processed. There is always fruit in the bowl on the table for the kids to snack on. Whereas before I bought lots of…
