When you are out together use yourself as an example. Such as as you enter the store say.. "I had better go to the bathroom before I begin shopping". I do subway now and then...but my all time favoriate is "HUHOT" :love: :heart: :love: It is a mongolina grill... You choose you meat, noodles, veggies and sauces and they grill it up in front of you! I do about 1.5 oz chicken and load on the veggies (two bowls full!!) and then I stick with the garlic broth and the ginger…

I use to have the same problem....then I began to take fish oil (I use mega red krill oil - but any would work) and that helped a ton with skin and hair. I also have thin fine hair, so I use Aussie leave in conditions on my non wash days....it kind of refreshes my hair after a work out. I am sure if you keep trying you…
