Thank you all for your comments. I to tend to agree with you and feel the same way. I think I will compromise and work in the high 150s low 160s and see how that feels. I just don't want to have a heart attack while working out, that would not be too good.

This is so great!!!! Yeah for you! I set weekly goals for myself and look forward to Mondays, which are my weigh-in days. My first ultimate goal is to break through that 200lbs wall. Glad for you! I am on my way too. :happy:

Thank you all for your comments. Yes, It is working for me and I do feel well. However, I did not realize that I should be eating my workout calories. Maybe I will allow myself to eat my workout calories on Sundays. I will definitely invest in some sort of heart rate monitor/calorie tracking device to get a more accurate…
