This is very interesting and I think it may be true. I have tried many many times to lose weight and have failed. This time I made a point to keep it to myself and I am doing it. Coincidence? I don't know, but this is the most that I have ever lost. I only discuss my process with myFitnessPals and no one else.

I have tried this method but my swim cap constantly comes off because of the conditioner. I read somewhere about using coconut oil because the conditioner is water soluble and will rinse off in the water.
