Hello guys, I used my polar watch with HRM today and realized that the calories burned (as the watch shows) is closer to "circuit training, general" than "Aerobics, high impact", even though "circuit training" calculates 10% less than watch says. I will stick to "circuit training, general"

Thank you very much tageekly, I will try also with heart rate monitor, actually I do have one polar watch with chest-band and havent use it for calculate calories burned. Thanks.
