yeah i have it and it is so worth it. it is such a great work out and they have three people performing the work outs and one does a modified version so if you can't keep up with the main trainer you can follow the other one. it is awesome i use it after my walking. it is a work out

I love to make anything with boneless skinless chicken, Tilapia is good, I also make taco salads out of ground turkey I just add taco seasoning. Ribeyes are good make them on a george foreman grill, bar b qued chicken is another good one
