Ran the Ohio one last June, and we made it through pretty easily, but if oyu are training, run, and make sure to include as many hills in your training as you can. The part that was the hardest was the HILLS. Obstacles were just fun and easy :)

I got attacked by girl scout cookies on Tuesday night!

I googled it on a zumba website, and depnding on the intensity, as well as your weight....I brun about 550 calories per hour of Zumba.

Great job! I am addicted to half marathons! I love and need to have tight training schedules to keep me working out regularly!
