If you have an iphone download the app and carry on logging in everyday offline! I've tried it myself today as I'm going away day after tomorrow and wantd to do the same thing after a similar amount of logging in days as you! It's great and does work so no excuses for me!! Happy holidays...

I also find the treadmill boring unless I have a magazine to read. I normally do high incline walking for 30 mins or more so dont find I'm bouncing too much but would be bit more difficult if running!! No windows to look out of in our newly located gym either!

Only water really. I fill up a 2 ltr jug every morning (so it gets to room temp which i think is easier to drink) and work my way through it through the day. Its about 80 fl oz..

What you are eating on a daily basis is extremely dangerous.. I'm surprised no-one else has commented on this and you diary - its hideous!! Do Not promote being 7 stone to anyone, its not natural at 5'7". Me for one wont be supporting you ..

I'm in the same boat as I have 8 wks to my holiday and would like to lose 10lbs by then, then slow things down a bit when i return hoping to drop a bit more then maintain and tone. Currently doing walks of an hour plus and/or badminton 3 or 4 times a week and sticking to my 1500 cals a day and eating some of exercise cals…

Weight watchers hot chocolate is only 40 cals per mug when made with water.. Its lush and you feel like you've had some chocolate!!
