YEP, ME TOO! Been teeter tottering back and forth between 172 and 168 lbs!!! gggrrrrrr, so frustrating, I have been trying to switch up my routines and exercise as well, hopefully this will make a difference!

I agree with all the other posts. We are human and the road can and does get rocky...so definately pick yourself back up. I am 49, and started in March, have been losing about a lb a week...cardio and weights. I eat back my exercise calories and that does help. 1200 cals is for being sedetary/no exercising. The ABC diet sounds horrible! I think Dr Oz is a bit confusing! I'll stick to my daily calorie goals, somedays I might go over by a little and some days I might be a bit under, it all depends. I try to stay close to it every day!
