Any body fat scale or calculator is inaccurate because it's can't possibly know how much fat, bone and muscle you have. If you want to know then I suggest going to a gym and do a caliper test. :-)

I skipped meals and almost always ate processed and fast food. Those weren't the biggest factor though, I ate chocolate everyday.. About 0,5 kg per night easily. I can still eat enormous amounts of things I like. I guess that's what's called binge eating.. Plus I didn't work out at all.

I think we're in the same boat then. I also do have muscle mass and visible muscles so I'm not a mushy 123 lbs. Still I know I would look a lot better at 115-118 lbs than 123 lbs. For larger framed girls they won't need to drop so much in weight. I kinda envy those who are my height and weigh more but still look slimmer!…

Yes, I know but trust me, I have very wide hips, (38") and without the extra fat they wouldn't touch.Yes, I'm at a healthy weight but not where I want to be body fat wise which is more important to me than the scale. I need to shed the last pounds of fat. :-)

Good to know that I'm not alone to aim low. So many people here freak out because they immediately think you're unhealthy lol. I'm also a bit pear/hour glass shaped. My ribs are visible but my thighs still rub together at the top...

I'm like that as well. I always have the same breakfast and lunch but try to vary my dinner a little but I mostly eat the same. The only times I eat something new or different is when I go out or eat with my family. But it works for me and after eating the same thing a thousand times I still enjoy it. xD
