Get down to my college weight - that's 30lbs that needs to go. Keep my depression in check. Keep a routine at the gym. Look hot in the clothes I already own ;)

My overall weight loss goal is about 30lbs. But I tend to lose about 10 and plateau then gain in back. It's been a pattern for about a year or two. I log in every day and log my exercise. Just need to get better about logging food. I'll keep you accountable if you do the same for me :)

I try not to stop because it's hard for me to get back to it. So if I can't do anything intense, I'll at least try a walk. If I can't stand low intensity, then I really am sick and need to rest.

So this month I was traveling and working most of the month. Then I started my new job. Also lost my Fitbit at the airport (but Fitbit replaced it for free!!). So I have not been tracking my numbers at all. New month starts next week so I will be more diligent. Thank you everyone for soldiering on with my absence!! So glad…
